A Guide to our Intimate Wedding Package
Camel Studio is an exclusive-use intimate wedding venue set in the Camel Valley, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Licensed for ceremonies for up to 50 guests, we have created a wedding package that ensures you can make the most of your magical wedding weekend.
What’s included in our exclusive-use wedding package?
Our licensed barn, grounds and house for 2 nights
Arrive on Friday at noon to be greeted by owners Helen & David. Take time to settle into our boutique house before heading over to the barn to add any personal touches to your decor.
Choose from two picture-perfect ceremony spaces that are ideal for an intimate wedding or larger celebration. Our licensed barn is a romantic light-filled space with large doors overlooking the fields and wooded hills. Or take your vows under a sun-drenched lawn among our stunning gardens that roll down to the valley beyond.
After your ceremony enjoy drinks, canapes and garden games on our lawn before sitting down to a delicious feast in our beautiful barn.
As twilight slowly gives way to the night, enjoy a party to remember among flickering candles, twinkling festoons and colourful lights.
In the morning take your time to enjoy a leisurely breakfast with your nearest and dearest, reminiscing on your fabulous day, before heading off on your honeymoon at noon.
Self-catering accommodation for eight guests for 2 nights
Our exclusive-use boutique property sleeps eight of your nearest and dearest. With stunning views over the Camel Valley and stylishly decorated with muted colours and a tasteful blend of contemporary and vintage, the house offers every comfort. There are four pretty bedrooms, three bathrooms, an open-plan, light-filled kitchen and sitting room, and a dedicated dressing room providing plenty of space for everyone to enjoy.
The bridal cabin for the night of your wedding
Nestled in a secluded spot in the garden, the bridal cabin is a tranquil and private oasis for just the two of you. After the excitement of your big day, retreat to your cabin to find a bottle of champagne waiting for you, a roll-top bath and the comfiest of beds. In the morning, draw back the curtains to reveal a stunning view of the valley.
Wedding coordination in the lead-up to your big day
When you book a wedding at Camel Studio owner Helen and wedding coordinator Jess will be on hand from the very beginning to help you with your wedding planning, taking away any stress. Upon booking, we will set up an initial call with you when we will be able to go through our recommended supplier list and chat through all your ideas for your big day. We are always on hand to answer any questions that come up during the planning process, if you have problems getting hold of suppliers, or need additional recommendations, we’re here to help. Around three weeks before your big day, we will have a full planning call to run through every detail, after which we will put together your wedding day schedule that will be shared with all your suppliers so everyone knows where they need to be and when.
On-the-day coordination from our dedicated team
Not only are we there to help you during the planning process but also for the entirety of your wedding weekend. When you arrive you will be greeted by owners Helen & David. They will be there to help you settle in, add any personal decor to the barn and prepare and serve your welcome meal on the evening of your big day. On your wedding day, we are supported by Jess, our coordinator, and an experienced and friendly team. We work together to ensure that your wedding is everything you imagined.
Welcome meal for 10 on the eve of your big day
The welcome meal is a lovely way to relax on the evening of your big day. A chance to enjoy the build-up with your closest friends and family. Prepared by owner David, you will be served with a choice of two delicious mains and a dessert.
Converted horse box to serve your evening food
Who doesn’t love pizza? Choose four different flavours which will be prepared in our wood-fired pizza oven in our converted horse box in our pretty courtyard adorned with twinkling festoons. The pizzas are served platter style so that you and your guests can choose from the range of delicious flavours on offer.
Luxury hamper filled with locally sourced produce
We want your wedding weekend to get off to a lovely start. When you arrive your hamper, filled with delicious locally-sourced produce and a bottle of sparkly, will be waiting for you.
Trestle tables and cross-back chairs for you and your guests
At Camel Studio, we wanted to create a venue for our couples that was a beautiful canvas for them to style as they choose that didn’t feel too overwhelming. With its white walls, muslin drapes and festoon lights, it is not a typical rustic barn. White trestle tables, pretty cross-back chairs, a grand piano, olive trees and large ferns complement this beautiful backdrop. The muted colour palette works with every colour and style you can imagine.
Bar, bar staff and glasses
Our lovely bar comes fully stocked with a range of beers, cider, spirits, cocktails, wine and soft drinks. We have several drinks packages to choose from which will be served by our friendly bar team. All your glassware for your day is included in your package price.
Firepit, logs and marshmallows for toasting
Sitting around the fire pit while chatting and toasting marshmallows in our pretty courtyard is a lovely way to while away some time during the evening of your big day. Take a moment to rest those dancing feet or eat some delicious pizza around a roaring fire.

Our prices start from £5,950 for a wedding of up to 24 in April & October to £6,950 for a wedding of up to 50 from May to September.
